7. Personal Information & Privacy
7.1. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By entering, you consent to us contacting you if you win.
7.3. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to winning (photos, videos, etc.).
7.4. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
7.5. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (subject to legal requirements).
8. Competition Integrity
8.1. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false information
- Creates multiple accounts to exceed entry limits
- Attempts to manipulate or abuse the entry system
- Engages in fraudulent payment activity
- Violates these terms and conditions
8.2. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in permanent ban.
8.3. Our decision on all competition matters is final and binding.
9. Instant-Win Games
9.1. We offer optional instant-win mini-games (currently Spin the Wheel, Scratch & Win, Mystery Box, Lucky Numbers and Cash Frenzy) accessible at /competitions/instant-win.
9.2. Skill question. Each play requires the entrant to correctly answer a general-knowledge skill question. Incorrect answers do not deduct credits and do not enter the player into a prize draw. The skill question gate is mandatory and is enforced server-side.
9.3. Credits. Plays are paid for using NWC Credits. Credits can be purchased in packs starting from £4.99 via Stripe, or paid for from your in-account Wallet balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable once spent, and may not be transferred between accounts.
9.4. Outcomes & fairness. Each play's outcome is generated by a server-side cryptographically secure random number generator (node:crypto) and recorded with an audit seed. We store the play record (game, credits, outcome and skill answer) so the result can be independently reviewed on request.
9.5. Return-To-Player (RTP). Average payouts vary by game and are designed to return approximately the following share of total credit spend over the long run (not per spin):
- Spin the Wheel — approx. 50–57% RTP
- Scratch & Win — approx. 48–52% RTP
- Mystery Box — approx. 48–52% RTP
- Lucky Numbers — approx. 48–52% RTP
- Cash Frenzy — approx. 52–56% RTP (including bonus round)
RTP is calculated across all plays in aggregate. Any single play may pay out anywhere from £0 to the top published prize.
9.6. Cash prizes. Cash prizes from instant-win games are credited automatically to your in-account Wallet at the moment they are won. Non-cash prizes (e.g. competition tickets) are credited within 24 hours.
9.7. Self-exclusion. If you have set a self-exclusion on your account, all instant-win plays, credit purchases and wallet conversions are blocked until the exclusion ends.
10. Wallet & Withdrawals
10.1. Cash winnings are held in your in-account Wallet (denominated in GBP pence).
10.2. Minimum withdrawal: £10.
10.3. Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 working days by bank transfer (Faster Payments) to a UK bank account in your name.
10.4. Identity verification (KYC): we may request government-issued photo ID and proof of address before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal over £1,000. Funds will be held until verification is complete.
10.5. Wallet balances cannot be used to enter our paid car competitions directly; they can be converted to NWC Credits to play instant-win games, or withdrawn to your bank.
10.6. We reserve the right to void winnings and reverse credits where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, fraudulent payment activity or breach of these terms is detected. In such cases the affected account may be permanently closed.
11. Free Postal Entry Route
11.1. A free entry route is available for every competition we run, in line with section 339 of the Gambling Act 2005.
11.2. To enter by post, send a handwritten postcard containing your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, the competition name (or instant-win game name) and your answer to the published skill question to:
No Work Competitions, Free Entry Route, [Registered Office Address], United Kingdom
11.3. One postal entry per envelope, one envelope per person, per competition or instant-win game per day. Multiple entries in the same envelope are void.
11.4. Postal entries must be received before the competition end date and are processed manually within 2 working days of receipt. Postal entries for instant-win games receive one play of the chosen game at the equivalent credit value.
11.5. No payment, postage stamp purchase or use of paid services is required. We accept no liability for entries lost or delayed in the post.
12. Responsible Play & Self-Exclusion
12.1. Play is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over. Date of birth is captured at signup and verified before any paid play.
12.2. Customers can self-exclude themselves from instant-win games for a chosen period (24 hours up to 5 years) from the Responsible Play page. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period.
12.3. We will not knowingly accept any deposit, credit purchase or play from a self-excluded customer.
12.4. Support is freely available 24/7 from GamCare (0808 8020 133, gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org). For multi-operator self-exclusion register at GAMSTOP.

13.2. We will acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
13.3. The server-side play record (including outcome seed, skill answer and timestamp) is the authoritative record for any disputed instant-win play.
13.4. If we cannot resolve a dispute internally, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Contact us for the current ADR provider details.
